According to the working procedures and requirements, provide service passengers for register, check in, inquire, guide, ticket and handling irregular flights, to ensure the smooth travel of passengers.
1、To set up check-in counter;
2、To supervise Check-in procedure;
3、To coordinate seat arrangements and other service for VIP, passengers requesting special services;
4、To close flights accordingly;
5、To monitor and maintain passenger flow so as to ensure the on-time performance for the flight;
6、To check over-sized baggage before it being taken into the cabin;
7、To help upload over=sized baggage into the compartment;
8、Representing company to handling irregular situation.
